Girl trying to reach the pastries

Video installation made for a Café exhibition. The girl in the video is jumping trying to grab something out of her reach. The video is projected in the Café service bar, and on it there is a tray full of chocolate croissants.
The projection utilises the space in an original way, and offers a pleasant experience to the guests.
This work is both comical and poetic, and is inspired by feelings of material longing.
